Nanci Conniff is a Yoga and Pilates Coach with the Sports Performance Department at Stanford University where she utilizes the practices of yoga and Pilates to provide alignment, recovery and mindfulness to Stanford’s Athletic Teams.
Prior to joining the Sports Performance department Nanci taught numerous courses for Stanford’s Physical Education Department. Over her 18 years with the PE Department, she was a twelve-time recipient of the John S. Knight Foundation’s Favorite Professor Award.
Nanci was the Yoga and Pilates professional for members of the 2008 U.S. Olympic Swim Team and she currently provides Yoga and Pilates sessions to many professional athletes from a variety of sports organizations including the NFL, NBA, MLB and the Olympics.
