Icewater Yoga classes are 30 minutes long, on average. Eliminate the drive to the studio or gym and mindfully engage your body with a shorter, medium, or longer class.

We offer three “Complexity”, or experience levels for you to choose from. Move, breathe, and sweat whether you’re just starting out, or want to continue an established practice.

Choose from three Intensity levels to customize the amount of heat you want to build. All Icewater Yoga classes will engage your body with your preference of mild, moderate, or high intensity.

Each member of our team of teachers brings a down-to-earth approach to teaching physical yoga. Their styles and personalities are unique, and you’ll find they’re equally humble, thoughtful, and skilled.

Integrate Icewater Yoga into your workout plan by focusing on a specific area of the body. Engage your upper body, get your “leg day” in, and develop core strength to stay balanced in all you do.
